ABOUT KURT

Kurt is fortunate to collaborate with amazing artists in both theater and film, working alongside actors, vocalists and musicians to create works that tell stories through a variety of musical styles. He is passionate about new music, helping to bring songs by incredible writers to fruition. Kurt also loves re-purposing and re-arranging old music in a new way. He has classical training as a pianist, and grew up onstage at a community theatre in Montana (and accompanying all of my friends around the piano at home), before making his way to New York. Though theater and live performance was my first love, Kurt has recently spent more time in recording studios, applying lessons and learning to produce vibrant, exciting performances through vocal recordings.
